Recruits

Princeton Sailing is a student-run team and a close-knit community of around 30 sailors. While we are dedicated to succeeding on the water, we make sure to have plenty of fun, too. We welcome any and all Princeton students interested in joining the team—no experience required. Many of our best sailors had never sailed at all before joining! If interested, please email our Coach Jeremy Fraser (fraser.jeremy13@gmail.com), our Commodore Hali Liu (hl0719@princeton.edu), or our Coed Team Captain Asher Green (argreen@princeton.edu) to schedule a visit or ask a few questions!

We have multiple practices to accommodate busy schedules, since we know Princeton students take rigorous classes and can have many commitments. Shorter practices are located on campus at Lake Carnegie. For longer practices, we commute to Anchor Yacht Club right across the Delaware River in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Our planned spring practice schedule includes a morning practice at Carnegie and an afternoon/evening practice at Anchor every weekday, with team members attending between one and three of these practices a week. On weekends, we send small teams to compete in regattas (sailing competitions) against other universities within the MAISA (Mid-Atlantic Region) conference.

We would love to have you join us!
